The Company endeavours to address all legal inquiries, information requests, subpoenas, warrants, court orders, investigation letters from regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies with the utmost care and diligence, ensuring a timely and efficient response.

To help us respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible, please include the following information therein:

1. Name and contact information of the inquiring officer (email, phone number, and mailing address).
2. Name of the government authority submitting the inquiry.
3. A copy of the subpoena, warrant, court order, investigation letter, or valid information request.
4. Any available information the inquiring law enforcement agency is willing to share that may expedite the Company’s search for any responsive information.
5. A reasonable deadline for the requested information. If your inquiry is urgent, please include a brief explanation for the emergency.
6. A CSV or Excel document containing any related transaction information.
